We are very sad to announce that after many years we are leaving Weavers sports centre. Our classes are now split between Lings Forum and Earls Barton until further notice while we look for a new home. See Classes Page for more info.
All gymnasts will receive latest news to the email address registered on Gymnet so please make sure your details are up to date - Please keep an eye on our Twitter feed and our club Facebook page - if you have any queries do contact us via email.
We have launched a nInstagram account for members only to help you keep up with your gymnastics while classes are suspended. To join you must email the club using the form on the info page and give your instagram account name plus state whether the account belongs to a gymnast or a parent/guardian.
Instagram is intended for over 13s however all our content will be suitable for younger gymnasts to view from a parent/guardian account and access will only be given where we have the express consent of a parent/guardian.
Activities will be clearly marked for beginner/recreation or advanced. Please do not attempt skills or exercises that are at a higher level than you are currently working at. To help you - if you only train once a week you should not attempt the advanced work.
There is also a new page on our website called Gymnastics at Home with resources and activities to help you develop your gymnastic skills and we will also post quizzes and puzzles to keep you entertained.

JOIN OUR TEAM
All of the coaches and judges and helpers are volunteers with their own lives away from the gym. Our team includes ex gymnasts of all levels as well as mums with no previous experience who come together at NVRGC to pass on our love of rhythmic gymnastics to the next generation of gymnasts.
We really need more parents to get involved with the club and support us. If you would be interested in finding out more about becoming a coach or a judge or helping on our welfare team please speak to us.
